Quorum of Attendance:
The EGMS was attended and represented by 541,620,400 (five hundred forty-one million six hundred twenty thousand four hundred) shares, representing 67.1992% (sixty-seven point one nine nine two percent) of 805,992,931 (eight hundred five million nine hundred ninety-two thousand nine hundred thirty-one) shares, which constitute all of the Company's shares with valid voting rights.

Questions and Answers:
1. For the Meeting Agenda, an opportunity for Questions and Answers was given in accordance with the EGMS Agenda.
2. There were no Shareholders or their proxies who asked questions at the Meeting.

Decision-Making Mechanism:
All decisions taken at the Meeting were made by deliberation and consensus. In the event that deliberation and consensus could not be reached, the decision-making at the Meeting was carried out by voting.

RESULTS OF THE EGMS RESOLUTION
1. Approves the removal of the business sector of General Merchandise Trade (KBLI: 46900) and replaces it to be adjusted to the business sector of Warehousing and Storage (KBLI: 52101).
2. Approves, based on the above, the amendment to the provisions of Article 3 of the Company's Articles of Association concerning Purposes and Objectives, so that it reads as follows:

Article 3
1. The purpose and objectives of the Company are:
a. The main business activities are in the fields of:

- Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing Industries Not Elsewhere Classified (KBLI: 32909).

- Basic Organic Chemical Industry Producing Specialty Chemicals (KBLI: 20118).

b. Supporting business activities are in the field of:

- Warehousing and Storage (KBLI: 52101).

2. To achieve the above purposes and objectives, the Company may carry out the
following business activities:
a. The main business activities are in the fields of:

-Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing Industries Not Elsewhere Classified (KBLI: 32909);This group includes businesses engaged in the manufacture of goods not classified elsewhere, such as signboards, billboards (boards or light displays), various umbrellas, cigarette holders, badges, trophies, medals, stamps, walking sticks, lamp shades, candles, various types of buttons, brooms, palm fibre brushes, cigar and betel containers, cigarette pipes, combs, perfume sprayers, vacuum bottles and vacuum containers for personal or household use, wigs, false beards, false eyelashes, and others not included in other categories. It also includes the manufacture of metal matches and the production of imitation jewelry, tailor mannequins, and coffins. The manufacture of lamp wicks is included in group 13942.

-Basic Organic Chemical Industry Producing Specialty Chemicals (KBLI: 20118).
This group includes businesses in the basic organic chemical industry that produce specialty chemicals, such as specialty chemicals for oil and gas, water treatment, rubber, paper, construction, automotive, food additives, textiles, leather, electronics, catalysts, brake fluids, and other specialty chemicals. b. Supporting business activities are in the field of:

-Warehousing and Storage (KBLI: 52101)
This group includes businesses engaged in the temporary storage of goods before they are delivered to their final destination, for commercial purposes.

The copy of the Deed is currently being processed by our office. This Statement Letter is hereby made, to be used as it should be.
