SOLU-SEAL® is a special proprietary “single-sack” blend of sized and shaped materials designed to be very effective in curing severe to total loss of circulation in producing formations without the addition of other LCM. SOLU-SEAL® LCM is 80% Acid Soluble and is easily removed from producing reservoirs after stopping whole mud loss / invasion, thus minimizing formation damage. SOLU-SEAL® LCM is 100 % Biodegradable, Non-Toxic, Non-Fermenting, Non-Corrosive, Temperature Stable to 450oF and is compatible with all types of Drilling / Drill-In Fluids. SOLU-SEAL® is packaged in 40 lbs (18.14 kg) multi-wall paper bags. 90-100 ppb SOLU-SEAL® will effectively seal off loss zones and perforations in producing reservoirs. Note : To be mixed with gradual increase starting with 40 ppb physical check of pill must be observed until such stop addition so pill is pumpable. Appearance : Tan White flakes & fibers Utilize normal precautions for employee protection when handling chemical products. The use of appropriate respirator, gloves and goggles is recommended for employee comfort and protection. SOLU-SEAL® does not have a restricted classification for transportation by international or domestic regulatory agencies.
